THE Subscriber’s Right, Title, and Interests, in a FARM of LAND in the Townland of DRUMQUIN, containing 16 Acres, 2 Roods, Cunningham Measure, of good Arable and Meadow, including a small quantity of Scrubby Pasture, together with the House, Tenement, and Garden, now occupied by Mr. A. Bradley of Drumquin, held during the natural life of MR. J. MOFFAT, of DRIMEENY, Rent £24 Yearly. Written Proposals will be received by Mr. Geo. Sproule of Carrickamulkin, or the Subscriber, who will close with a purchaser on the first day of February next, if a fair Value be offered.

TAKE Notice, that I have a judgment Debt against Mary MOFFOT, otherwise Greacy, or otherwise Gilkison, affecting Premises in the Bowling Green of Strabane, which she has advertised for sale; and I therefore caution any person from buying same, without first discharging my claim.
