TRANSFER OF LAND STATUTE

THOMAS MANN, of Bloomhill, in the County of Tyrone, in Ireland, Esquire, DEANE MANN, of Martry, in the said County, Esquire, JANE MANN, of Martry, aforesaid spinster, ESTHER MANN, of Martry, aforesaid spinster, FRANCES MANN, of the same place, spinster, and the REVEREND GORDON SMYTH, of Eglish, in the same County, Presbyterian minister, and EMILY SMYTH his wife, formerly EMILY MANN, spinster, have applied to bring the land described at the foot hereof under the above Statute, and the Commissioner of Titles has directed notice of application to be advertised in the “Geelong Advertiser” newspaper, and has appointed fourteen days from such advertisement, after which time the land will be brought under the operation of the Statute, unless a caveat shall be lodged , forbidding the same.

Dated this 22nd day of January, 1872
