May 29 1841 [Died] At her house, in Ballymaclary, in Magilligan, in the 58th year of her age, on Thursday, the wife of Mr. William Campbell, daughter of Dr. Church. In early life she was attacked by a ferocious band of ruffians in the house of her aunt Mrs. Cust. These ruffians had committed great depredations in that part of the country with impunity for a considerable time. Upon subsequent apprehension and trial she had identified one of the ruffians who was later executed, this broke up the band of robbers
