This photograph shows Joseph Starrs, born Omagh, County Tyrone 1889, with his brother in law Frank Mullen, pulling the flax. Two of Joseph's children are in the picture, Rosanna Starrs, b 1926 and John b.c.1932. The lady behind the children is Joseph's aunt Rosanna Starrs, b 1874 in Omagh County Tyrone. The photograph was taken in 1934 where Joseph and his family lived - Tullycunny townland, Drumragh parish.
