TO MERVYN STEWART, ESQ., HIGH SHERIFF OF THE COUNTY OF TYRONE.
We, the undersigned, request that you will, at your convenience, call a MEETING of the PROTESTANT INHABITANTS of your Bailiwick, to assemble at the Court-House in Dungannon, for the purpose of petitioning the King and both Houses of Parliament, praying that such measures may be adopted as may secure the integrity of the Constitution in Church and State, as established at the Revolution and confirmed to this part of the Empire by the Act of Union –
