Will of Robert Fulton, Ballylaw, Leckpatrick Parish, Co. Tyrone 1915

Dated 13 October, 1915

I ROBERT FULTON of Ballylaw in the County of Tyrone, Farmer, do hereby make this my last will and testament this thirteenth day of October One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifteen.

I leave devise and bequeath all my farm known as the old farm with stock crop and implements thereon to my wife and daughters as a home for them as long as they remain unmarried.

And at any daughter’s marriage or decease the said farm to revert back to my son SAMUEL ROBERT or his heirs and should my daughters wish to dispose of or sell their life interest in the said farm they must sell it to my son SAMUEL ROBERT or his heirs at a fair price fixed by two honest men.

Also to my son SAMUEL ROBERT I leave my shares in the Leckpatrick Creamery.

And whatsoever money I shall be possessed off at the time of my decease after paying all my funeral expenses and registration of will, to be equally divided among my surviving daughters.

And I appoint ROBERT STEVENSON of Ballylaw and WILLIAM HUNTER at present residing in Killynaught as my executors - also that my executers be paid their expenses.
