In the name of God Amen I JAMES HAMILTON of Omagh in the County of Tyrone do make and publish this my last Will & Testament in writing and do leave and bequeath my property as follows to my truly Excellent, affectionate, kind and fond mother MARY HAMILTON otherwise GAY the sum of five hundred pounds in cash British in addition to the sum of Thirty pounds already bequeathed to her by my father Chargeable on the Houses &c. in Omagh together with the house wherein JOHN McFARLAND now lives also the premises thereunto belonging for the term of her natural life then same to go to the Right Heir. I leave and bequeath unto my said mother the house wherein I now reside in the Town of Omagh, during the residue of the term to come at which period she may go and reside in the house now occupied by Mr McFARLAND whose term then also expires and also the furniture in said Dwelling house, and the cattle, farming utensils and all other property on the said premises at the time of my Decease. I leave and bequeath to JAMES WILSON Esq and THOS HAMTON Esq of Comycoorna the sum of One Thousand Pounds to be laid out by them at interest on good security for the following uses, intents and purposes. That is to say, for the use of ROBERT HAMILTON Junr. Oldest son of my Brother ROBERT the interest to be paid & Expended on his Education and for his support in Trinity College, Dublin.
The foregoing will was proved & approved in Common form of Law & administration granted out of His Majesty’s court of Prerogative in Ireland on the 30th day of April 1835 to JAMES GREER the administrator
